Role Overview
We are seeking multiple Health & Safety Advisors to join our team. Applications are welcome from candidates in Europe.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards , working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical European projects .
Key Responsibilities
- Drive health and safety best practices across multiple projects
- Lead risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to implement robust safe systems of work
- Monitor H&S performance and report findings to senior management
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Champion a positive safety culture across all projects and teams
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline , with a recognised professional qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)
- Minimum 3+ years’ proven experience in a H&S advisory role within construction, ideally within roofing, cladding, or façade projects
- Strong working knowledge of EU and local H&S legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to lead and influence project teams on-site to maintain high H&S standards
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to European sites as required
- Currently based in Europe and hold a valid European passport
- Valid driving licence for travel to project sites
- Proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused , with a strong commitment to promoting a positive safety culture
