Health & Safety Manager – Germany & Austria | €70,000–80,000 + 15% Bonus

I am looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of H&S standards across a portfolio of high-profile leisure and entertainment attractions in Germany and Austria. This is a multi-site role where you will provide leadership, coaching, and compliance expertise to ensure safe, guest-focused, and fully compliant operations.

Your Experience

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role, ideally in attractions, hospitality, retail, logistics, or facilities
• Strong knowledge of German Health & Safety legislation (Austria a plus)
• Fluent German with strong English communication skills
• Track record of coaching and upskilling operational teams with limited H&S expertise
• Comfortable in a multi-site role with regular travel across Germany and Austria

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the regional Health & Safety lead for all German and Austrian sites
• Ensure full compliance with national legislation and internal safety standards
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and provide guidance on incident management
• Coach and support local site teams to embed a proactive safety culture
• Partner with operations to deliver safe and efficient guest experiences
• Travel regularly between sites, with a focus on Berlin, Hamburg, and other key cities
