Senior Health & Safety Manager

role in Bremen could be a great fit. You’ll play a key part in leading safety initiatives across a large facility while having the opportunity to further develop your Health and Safety skills.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the site Health & Safety team and work closely with operational and support functions to maintain compliance with legislation and company safety standards Analyse site safety data using internal systems and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making Design and roll out site-specific safety training, ergonomic initiatives, and preventive programmes to strengthen the safety culture Conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, review updates to standard procedures, and maintain current risk documentation Champion health and safety across the site, engaging management and colleagues to embed a proactive safety mindset

You will have:

Proven experience in a Health & Safety role with leadership and team management responsibilities Strong track record of using health and safety data and metrics to drive measurable improvements Experience analysing trends, interpreting data, and turning insights into practical safety actions Experience managing teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders across operations and support functions Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive approach to influencing safety culture Sicherheitsfachkraft (SiFa) qualification is a must
