Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver, and continuously enhance training content and educational programs.
• Mentor junior in‑house trainers, ensuring high‑quality instruction.
• Supervise planning, execution, and evaluation of internships, assignments, and training programs.
• Innovate and maintain cutting‑edge educational materials and content.
• Manage batch allocation, demo sessions, webinars, doubt clarification, course material preparation, project mentoring, placement preparation, and customer query handling.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by business needs.

Qualifications & Profile:

• Proven expertise in data analytics, including Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, data cleaning, visualization, and dashboarding.
• Understanding of statistics, reporting techniques, and experience with Python or R (preferred).
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall; proficiency with MS Visio, Jira, and Balsamiq.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and process‑modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.

Marketing Data Analyst (SQL) – White Horse Manpower Consultancy

Key responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using SQL, building and maintaining marketing dashboards, providing insights on customer segmentation, supporting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required qualifications: strong SQL expertise, experience with Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio, and excellent communication skills. Preferred: digital marketing metrics, statistical methods, Python/R.
