What You Will Do

As an Associate you will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify key aspects, direct the focus of junior consultants, plan and execute analysis, and craft suitable recommendations. You will work side by side with clients and project team members, manage small teams, and provide unique insight into your chosen subject area.

As an Engagement Manager you will lead projects day to day, guiding the team through problem‑solving from initial thought process to convergence on a solution, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive. This role demands strategic thought leadership, technical and operational detail, and strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

What You Will Bring

• 4‑10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization)
• In‑depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• Fluency in English and German is required
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
• Initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and apply existing ones
• Creativity and the ability to generate novel ideas to solve clients’ biggest problems
• Aptitude for analytical work, sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down key issues in complex challenges
• Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our talented team
