Responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and identify key aspects.
• Plan and execute analysis while identifying core issues to craft suitable recommendations.
• Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward.
• Manage small teams, ensuring effective problem‑solving from initial concept to solution convergence.
• Lead day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive.
• Forge strong relationships with clients and build strategic leadership at the operational level.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
