Overview

What You Will Do

Associates

Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify key aspects of a problem, and guide junior consultants. Plan and execute analysis, uncover core issues, and craft recommendations. Work side‑by‑side with clients and team members to move projects forward and manage small teams.

Engagement Managers

Lead the team through an efficient, effective problem‑solving process from initial thought to convergence on a solution. Ensure recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive. Demonstrate thought leadership at the strategic level and command all technical and operational details of execution. Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships are essential.

What You Will Bring

4–10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization)
In‑depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector
Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Fluency in English and German (required)
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
Willingness to travel
Initiative‑driven attitude, eager to learn new skills and apply existing ones
Creativity and the capacity to generate novel ideas to solve clients’ biggest problems
Strong analytical aptitude for dissecting large data sets and pin-pointing key issues in complex challenges
Ability to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented, diverse team
