Role Overview

As a Digital Advertising Sales Specialist you will collaborate with Hebrew‑speaking businesses and marketing agencies to build effective advertising strategies tailored to their goals. You will work in a results‑driven environment and play an active role in expanding the client’s market presence across EMEA.

Your mission is to consult, guide and support partners by offering high‑impact solutions that enhance online visibility, optimise ROI, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by offering personalized advertising solutions.
Provide strategic guidance to improve campaign performance and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional digital marketing tools and services.
Work toward sales objectives while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
Communicate proactively through phone, email and video calls to support and advise clients.

Requirements

Native‑level Hebrew (C2) and strong English proficiency.
12 years of experience in sales, digital marketing or online advertising.
Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, YouTube, AdSense).
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
Passion for marketing technology and continuous learning.
Valid work permit for Spain.
Strong process optimisation mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
High emotional intelligence and problem‑solving capability.
Critical and strategic thinking focused on data‑driven decisions.
