We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our Pharmacy Channel strategy in Germany. This role will be responsible for delivering superior market growth and executing our Go to Market Strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 12 years experience. They will also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and manage teams, and excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Shape, set & execute our Pharmacy Channel Vision and Strategy (Bricks and Mortar) for Germany in short and medium term
• Deliver superior market growth for spike / focus brands and customers
