Hiring Truck Drivers to work in Germany

Responsibilities<\/b>

• Safely operate heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to transport goods across domestic and international routes within Germany and neighboring EU countries.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS and route management software to ensure timely and cost -effective deliveries.

• Conduct pre - and post -trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• Load, secure, and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate and up -to -date delivery records, including proof of delivery (POD), customs documentation, and daily logs.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a commercial truck driver, preferably in cross -border freight operations.<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Valid Class C driving license with EU driving permit (C+E endorsement preferred).
    <\/li>
  • In -depth knowledge of EU transport regulations, including ADR (for hazardous materials if applicable), tachograph usage, and driving time rules.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems, route planning tools, and digital logbooks (e.g., Tachograph digital systems).

  • Strong understanding of cargo securing techniques and weight distribution principles.
