Position Overview

The Hollister Co. Assistant Manager (m/w/d) at Limbecker Platz is a dynamic role responsible for driving sales results, improving the customer experience, and leading store operations. The role includes team leadership, store opening and closing, merchandising, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience – Deliver best‑in‑class service and create an engaging store environment.
  • Drive Sales – Analyze performance data and implement strategies to increase sales.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment – Manage online and in‑store sales processes.
  • Store Presentation & Sales Floor Supervision – Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations – Oversee inventory, restocking, and store maintenance.
  • Staffing, Scheduling & Payroll – Handle recruitment, scheduling and payroll administration.
  • Training and Development – Provide coaching and ongoing development for store personnel.
  • Communication – Coordinate with corporate and team members effectively.
  • Asset Protection – Enforce shop‑lifting prevention and store security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • CEFR B2 fluency in English and German.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure Relay.
  • Team‑building capability, self‑starter attitude, and results‑orientated approach.
  • Multitasking ability, interest in fashion, and existing knowledge of the industry.
