Responsibilities

• Drive sales results and analyze business performance.
• Open and close the store, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Develop strategies to improve the customer experience.
• Conduct floor‑set updates, give styling recommendations and maintain product knowledge.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop store staff.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Handle communication, asset protection, and safety.
• Perform general administrative duties such as payroll support.

Qualifications

• University degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and German.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Team‑building, self‑starter, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Multitasking ability and interest in fashion.
