Brand Representatives are truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. An individual is outgoing, stylish and helpful. They demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring they remain approachable and warm. They are able to initiate conversations and connect with customers, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. Through a relatable, confident and highly social behaviour on the sales floor, they translate this into successful sales results.
