Responsibilities

• Store Presentation and Sales Floor – arrange merchandise, maintain visual standards.
• Communication – initiate conversations and connect with customers.
• Asset Protection and Shrink – safeguard merchandise and reduce loss.
• Policies and Procedures – adhere to company guidelines and safety standards.
• Training and Development – participate in ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
