Brand Representatives are truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. As individuals who are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, they demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring they remain approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with customers, ensuring the customer is always the first priority. Their relatable, confident, social behaviors on the sales floor translate into successful sales results.
