Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs.
Maintain an engaging and approachable presence in the store, initiating conversations and building customer connections.
Support store presentation and visual merchandising to maximize the sales floor environment.
Assist with inventory and storage in the back‑room.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Protect merchandise and enforce shop‑lifting prevention procedures.
Follow company policies and procedures and participate in training and development opportunities.

Fluent in German; English language skills are appreciated.
