Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of dailyactually sales.

Water Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
- Supervisor / Managerial Experience: No supervisory / management experience required.
- Language: CEFR B2 fluency in English & German (required).
