Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales.

• Als Key Lead (m/w/d) bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Kundinnen und Kunden ein qualitativ hochwertiges Einkaufserlebnis im Ladengeschäft haben. Key Leads unterstützen, indem sie Verantwortung auf der Verkaufsfläche übernehmen und Mitarbeitende anleiten und trainieren. Sie stellen sicher, dass die Filialabläufe reibungslos funktionieren. Key Leads sind Teil des Management-Teams und übernehmen Verantwortung für die Geschäftsleistung der Filiale, indem sie das Kundenerlebnis auf der Verkaufsfläche sowie das Erreichen der täglichen Umsatzziele sicherstellen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Öffnungs- und Schließroutine
• Vermittlung von Produktwissen und Markenbekanntheit
• Verständnis und Analyse von Kennzahlen und dem Umsatz
• Eine proaktive Denkweise und Auge fürs Detail
• Kassentätigkeiten
• Diebstahlvorbeugung
• Verantwortung für die Präsentation der Ware und der Verkaufsfläche
• Gewährleistung der Systemabläufe

Arbeitszeiten

• Der Arbeitsplan wird sich wöchentlich ändern; die Stundenanzahl liegt bei mindestens 25 Stunden pro Woche.
• Eine Verfügbarkeit an Samstagen und Sonntagen sowie während bestimmter Feiertage wird vorausgesetzt.
• Zusätzlich können die Stunden bei Bedarf erhöht werden, um die Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu erfüllen.

Qualifications / What it Takes

• Education - High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• Supervisor / Managerial Experience - No supervisory / management experience is required
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required

• 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Einzelhandel erwünscht

• CEFR B2 Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
