Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibility & Schedule

Work Schedule Requirements: Availability at least 25 hours per week, required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred (Abitur/G.E.D.-Äquivalent bevorzugt)
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• No Supervisory/Managerial Experience is required
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required (CEFR B2 Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich)
