Your Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support for elderly, disabled, and chronically ill patients in their homes.
• Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Administer medications, wound care, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health conditions and report any changes to doctors or caregivers.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring their well-being.
• Educate families on home care techniques, hygiene, and medication management.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care and follow healthcare regulations.

Who We Are Looking For:

We welcome applications from qualified German and international nurses who meet the following criteria:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completed nursing training (Pflegefachkraft) or equivalent qualification in Home Care Nursing.
• Foreign-trained nurses: Willingness to complete the qualification recognition process (Anerkennung) if required.
• German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) language support available for international applicants.
• A caring and patient-focused attitude, with a passion for providing home-based healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits per day.
• A valid drivers license (preferred) for traveling between patient homes.
