For the Hotel Account Manager (Hotel Chains) position, the future holder will be responsible for corporate hotel program optimization (book ability & compliance of the hotel program, increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for strategic hotel chain partners in the respective region. They will plan, implement and execute strategies and initiatives with partners and boost our revenue streams. The position is an important interface between the requirements of our corporate customers and hotel chain partners. They will collaborate closely with the enterprise and procurement department to achieve an outstanding customer experience. As direct report to the Director of Sales, they’ll manage and develop key hotel chain partner relationships.
