EcoSure – a division of Ecolab – leads quality-assurance examinations for hospitality brands. As a Hotel Assessor, you will conduct on-site evaluations and deliver customized training to help clients maintain the highest standards in cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection.

What You Will Do

• Develop and produce accurate, consistent evaluations, including written reports in English or local language.
• Exercise high judgment in evaluating business operations, recommending improvements, and communicating findings.
• Utilize hospitality industry knowledge to deliver meaningful summary presentations to key property executives.
• Interact with property management to review assessment data and independently recommend strategies for improvement.
• Build strong client relationships through professional interactions and demonstration of industry knowledge.

What You Need To Be Successful

• Independent Contractor status – own company or broker platform.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service leadership within hotels or retail.
• Proven management success and ability to analyze and synthesize data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet/ notebook functionality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong analytic and presentation skills.
• Well‑spoken, empathetic, and knowledgeable with the ability to present results professionally.
• Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and exercise discretion and judgment.
• Valid passport, driver’s licence, and willingness to travel frequently (up to 15 assessments per month).
• No immigration sponsorship available.
