HotelFriend AG delivers innovative solutions for hotels and works to automate processes and enhance guest experience. Support for our products is handled by an international team organized under HotelFriend Service GmbH. We are looking for a German‑speaking support employee in Leipzig.

Responsibilities

• You are an expert in our hotel software and advise customers on products and services.
• You support new customers during onboarding and conduct training sessions after the training.
• You handle existing customers’ requests and support digitization of hotel processes on site.
• You maintain our knowledge database and create new articles and guides.
• You assist the sales team with product presentations at trade shows and with customers.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and motivation for challenging tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoying strategic thinking.
• High degree of initiative, independence, and meticulous work.
• Interest in IT industry and technical affinity.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) at a high level.
