HR Administrative International Assignments (w/m/d)

Location: Heilbronn, Neckar

Employment type: Vollzeit, unbefristet

Responsibilities

  • Creation, processing and review of travel expense claims taking into account company and statutory requirements.
  • Determine additional meal expenses and reimbursable expenses in national and international contexts.
  • Create reports and data analyses in travel cost area; support the development of automated standard reports.
  • Apply for and manage A1 certificates and assignments, including monitoring and processing of issued documents.
  • Prepare documents for overseas assignments (e.g., welcome letters, hourly rate calculations and assignment‑specific documentation).
  • Support general HR administration.
  • Participate in HR projects with international focus as needed.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as industrial clerk, office clerk or equivalent qualification.
  • First experience in an administrative HR environment required, ideally in travel cost accounting or international assignments.
  • Knowledge in producing reports and dealing with assignment rules and international HR processes, and international tax and social security environment is an advantage.
  • Safe use of MS Office, especially Excel, is desirable.
  • Experience with HR or travel cost systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Concur) is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English skills are required; additional languages are optional.
