Your mission

• You will be a knowledgeable and service-oriented point of contact for our on-site staff
• You will independently organise and coordinate our onboarding and offboarding processes
• You will assist with all HR-related tasks in day-to-day operations
• You will be responsible for time management, in particular the recording of working hours and absences
• You will plan, organise and coordinate job interviews and staff appraisals on site
• You will be responsible for drafting professional references
• You will independently manage and process the company’s suggestion scheme

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship specialising in human resources or hold a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in day-to-day HR administration
• You are proficient in using HR software and MS Office; ideally, you are familiar with Personio
• You demonstrate a service-oriented approach, discretion and accuracy, and work in a structured, independent and team-oriented manner
• You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of English is an advantage
• You are willing to participate in internal training on information security. Basic knowledge of information security is an advantage
