For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!
The position holder (d/m/f) works as an HR Advisor and is responsible for supporting HR topics in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

Your Tasks:

• Advising and supporting employees and managers on selected HR processes and tools
• Administrative implementation of individual personnel measures, e.g. in the case of employment contract changes or external recruitment
• Data maintenance in HR systems as well as reporting and data analysis
• Supporting the HRBPs in the execution of HR campaigns (e.g. Performance & Goals, Equal Pay, Salary Review, People Review)
• Supporting the continuous development and digitalization of internal HR processes
• Participation in national HR projects and, if applicable, taking on department-specific special topics
• Early Career Management: Supervision of interns, working students, VIEs, PhD candidates, etc. for assigned departments

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent with extensive professional experience
• Certified HR specialist (Personalkauffrau/-mann) or equivalent with extensive professional experience
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration
• Experience in recruitment is a plus
• Advanced, in-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP/R3
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English
