HR Generalist (Job Share) – Part-Time

Salary: €60,000 (FTE)

Location: Munich

Working Pattern: Job Share

Hours: 15-25 hours per week

Office Presence: 2 days per week

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our client in a job-sharing arrangement, partnering closely with an existing HR lead. This role will support HR operations across Munich, Frankfurt, and Paris, covering end-to-end HR responsibilities with a strong focus on HR administration and day-to-day support. The position is ideal for someone with generalist experience who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working closely with senior stakeholders in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an HR generalist supporting all HR matters across Germany and Paris
• Provide end-to-end HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
• Support approximately 65 employees in Germany and France
• Partner closely with the HR lead to ensure continuity and coverage when they are not in the office
• Handle employee queries confidently, including interaction with senior stakeholders and bankers
• Support HR processes, documentation, and operational tasks
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of HR practices

Working Arrangement

• Job-sharing role, working Monday to Friday (flexible on what this looks like and days)
• Typically 15-20 hours per week (up to 25 hours may be considered)
• On-site presence expected once to twice per week

Experience & Skills

• Experience in an HR generalist or HR advisory role
• Financial Services or Banking experience preferred
• Strong HR administration skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with bankers and senior professionals
• Collaborative mindset – strong emphasis on partnering and teamwork
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a variety of HR tasks
