We are Gebrüder Fritz - four extraordinary event locations in the heart of Berlin. Our houses are large, beautiful old apartments in the best spots in the city - from Savignyplatz to Hackescher Markt and Checkpoint Charlie.

We create places that feel like a private invitation and at the same time offer space for professional events at the highest level.

Our team is growing - we currently have around 15 permanent employees - and so are our HR requirements. That's why we're looking for you : an experienced, structured and trustworthy personality,

YOUR TASKS

• Establishment and further development of our HR structures
• Contact person for all employees in personnel matters
• Preparation and coordination of monthly payroll accounting with our payroll office
• Creating and managing employment contracts, certificates and other documents
• Monitoring deadlines, contract terms and resubmissions
• Coordination of personnel interviews and application processes
• Publication of job advertisements, screening of applications and coordination of appointments
• Close cooperation with management and office team

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training or studies in human resources, law or a similar field
• Professional experience in HR, ideally in small or medium-sized companies
• Very good knowledge of labor, contract and social security law
• You work in a structured, forward‑looking and independent manner
• You are trustworthy, communicative and enjoy shaping processes
• Confident with digital tools and MS Office
