About the role:
We are seeking an HR Business Analyst (m/f/d) (with focus on Workday ) to act as the critical link between our HR & IT department. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights and process improvements. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and process optimization over system configuration, and requires a deep understanding of business process modeling and continuous improvement.
