Are you ready to make a strategic impact across multiple locations? We're seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to lead and support our people agenda Germany, France, Czech Republic and Poland (approx. 100 employees).

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Align global HR strategies with local business needs and employment regulations.
• Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead change initiatives including acquisitions and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth processes, data insights, and compliance.
• Advise and coach leaders on strategic HR topics and employee relations.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Manage annual HR processes (appraisals, surveys, merit reviews).
• Support implementation of new HR systems and tools.
• Oversee external partnerships for recruitment and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and employee engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a German or European context.
• Strong knowledge of Germany employment law.
• Native level of German, fluent in English additional languages like French or Polish are a plus.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
