HR Communications Specialist (f/m/d) - Limited to 24 Months

Join Allianz Global Investors as an HR Communications Specialist for employee engagement and employer branding. The position is based in either the Frankfurt or Munich office.

What You Will Do

• Be the voice and tone in employee communication and ensure meaningful and engaging HR communication across the globe through a variety of channels that “speak with one voice”, contributing to a great employee experience.
• Liaise and collaborate with all HR functions, the global communications function, and other functions to continuously identify current and future communication needs.
• Conceptualize and implement internal and external communication campaigns on a broad range of topics spanning benefits, development, local engagement groups, inclusion and equal opportunities, health and wellbeing, and other people and culture topics.
• Work with a broad range of communication channels: intranet, internet, newsletters, video, brochures, etc., to steer BAU HR communication.
• Manage relevant Employer Branding channels to tell our stories and contribute to attracting and retaining talent.
• Maintain career pages, social media platforms and employer review boards.

What You Bring

• Excellent university degree in Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or a related field with a strong focus on communication.
• Ideally 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (English as a mother‑tongue proficiency is preferred; additional language skills such as German are a plus).
• Demonstrated experience with communications, proven storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt communication to a wide range of audiences.
• Outstanding relationship‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, “see the bigger picture,” and connect the dots.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently even under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to take responsibility to own and drive topics.
• Experience with Microsoft CoPilot.
