Responsibilities
- Contact person for employees and managers: You will be the friendly and competent first point of contact for all HR-related issues
- Supporting the HR business partner: You will take on all administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle, always taking into account legal and operational requirements
- Responsibility for recruiting: From receiving personnel requirements to applicant management and onboarding new talent, you will accompany the entire recruiting process
- Training support: You will assist in coordinating industrial and commercial training and, if necessary, be available to our trainees as a contact person during their training period
- Contract and certificate creation: You will be responsible for creating contracts and certificates for our employees
- Creation of monthly statistics: You will regularly compile HR statistics, thereby supporting decision-making processes with sound key figures and evaluations
- Project work and process optimisation: You will actively support the implementation of HR projects and contribute your ideas to improve our processes
- Support for the Workday HR software: You will take care of our HR management software and ensure that all data is always up to date and correct
About you
- A practical degree in human resources or a completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification as a human resources specialist (IHK) or comparable professional experience
- A structured and independent way of working and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Confident and professional manner, combined with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of labour law as well as income tax and social security law is an advantage
- High level of customer focus as well as openness and willingness to learn
- Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to efficiently complete daily tasks
