We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will contribute to the operational excellence of HR processes and act as a trusted partner to employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Administration : Support the Head of HR and two HR Generalists in all operational and administrative HR tasks, including recruitment, contract preparation, reference letters, and employee data management using Workday and SAP HR.
- Payroll Support : Collaborate with our Payroll Partner to ensure smooth and timely execution of monthly payroll processes.
- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare HR-related statistics and reports, and assist with various administrative tasks within the department.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the standardization and optimization of HR processes, workflows, and interfaces.
- Employee & Manager Support : Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing competent and service-oriented guidance on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Education : Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further qualification as a Certified HR Specialist.
- Experience : At least two years of professional experience in a similar HR role.
- Service Orientation : Strong commitment to employee and organizational needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Legal Knowledge : Familiarity with labor and tariff law is a plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP HR and Workday is an advantage.
- Languages : Fluent in German with solid English skills used confidently in daily work.
