Job Profile – Human Resources Manager (International Scope) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Human Resources Manager

to coordinate HR activities across our international organization. The position is based at our Headquarters in Aachen (approximately 15 employees), which hosts the corporate support functions for around 20 manufacturing plants operating in the chemical industry across Europe and Asia. This role combines strategic HR matters with operational involvement and requires close collaboration with plant management, finance, and top management. The position we offer is a half time job.

Key Responsibilities 1. International HR Coordination Act as the main HR contact for our production sites in Europe and Asia Coordinate and harmonize HR policies, processes, and best practices across countries Support local HR teams and plant managers on complex HR matters Ensure alignment with corporate standards while respecting local labor laws Support international recruitment processes for key positions 2. Compensation & Benefits Oversee compensation structures and ensure internal equity Coordinate salary benchmarking and bonus schemes Support the implementation of group-wide incentive systems 3. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor regulations in collaboration with local advisors Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks Support organizational changes, restructuring, or M&A activities

Profile & Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally in an industrial and international environment Experience in manufacturing and/or chemical industry is a strong advantage Solid understanding of multi-country HR management Strong knowledge of European labor law and particularly in German law; exposure to Asian countries is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
