Your Tasks:

Recruitment-related tasks (creating and posting job postings, screening applicants' documents, arranging and conducting interviews
Managing the renewal and termination of labor contracts
Creating and implementing company rules and policies
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Preparing and implementing responses to new laws and regulatory changes

Your Profile:

Fluent in German
HR experience in Germany
