Als Teil des HR-Teams unterstützt Du uns in allen operativen und administrativen Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employee LifecycleDazu gehören u.a. die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Bescheinigungen rund um das ArbeitsverhältnisDabei managst Du alle personalrelevanten Daten und Prozesse über unsere HR-Software Personio und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicherDu verfolgst Entwicklungen im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie in der Personaladministration und bringst sie in unsere Personalarbeit einDu bist Process Owner, treibst die Weiterentwicklung bzw. Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse voran und trägst so zu ihrer Skalierung beiDu stehst unseren HR Business Partnern als Ansprechpartner für HR Operations zur Verfügung und unterstützt sie bei der Anpassung ihrer ProzesseDu unterstützt unser wachsendes Unternehmen bei der Integration neuer Geschäftseinheiten in Personio Was bringst du mit? Then we’ve got just the right position for you: HR OPERATIONS MANAGER Starting immediately, full-time, permanent, primarily based in our central Munich office Your mission As part of the HR team, you support us in all operational and administrative tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycleThis includes, among other things, preparing and managing documents and certificates related to employmentYou handle all HR-related data and processes using our HR software, Personio, ensuring high data qualityYou keep track of developments in labor and social security law as well as in HR administration, and you incorporate these into our HR workYou act as a process owner, driving the enhancement and digitalization of our processes and contributing to their scalabilityYou serve as a point of contact for our HR Business Partners on HR Operations topics and support them in adapting their processesYou help our growing company integrate new business units into Personio Your profile A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR management and/or digitalizationAt least 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, preferably with Personio and possibly other HR toolsA strong affinity for digital tools and the motivation to advance process digitalization in HR OperationsSolid knowledge of labor and social security lawYou speak fluent German, complemented by very good English skillsYou work independently and meticulously and have a strong eye for detailYou have a professional, friendly demeanor and a confident communication styleYou’re a team player, engaged, motivated, eager to take responsibility, and able to sense when a pragmatic approach is needed What do we offer you?
