HR Operations Specialist / Lawyer (m/f/x)

Skeleton's Operations department is looking for a driven and experienced HR Operations Specialist/ Lawyer (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition!

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist/ Lawyer (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey:

1. Drafting service contracts and fixed-term agreements with employees and service providers
2. Advising on Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Provide legal advice on labour law and day-to-day business
3. Drafting and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, and other work-related documents;
4. Conducting negotiations and supporting our external solicitor in resolving disputes related to employment relations;
5. Managing and resolving legal claims related to HR

Requirements

You are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:

1. Experience in the legal department of a commercial enterprise or law firm is a plus
2. Preferably, you have a background in law (German 1. State Examination/ 1. Staatsexamen) or in Human Resources with practical experience mastering daily challenges of German labour law
3. You understand the commercial backgrounds of HR processes in Germany; work experience in HR is a plus
4. You speak fluent English and German
5. Your social skills and intercultural understanding allow you to shine when dealing with different target groups
