Role Summary

As an HR Operations Specialist you will manage a range of HR tasks, supporting both the workforce and the HR Business Partner across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting for blue‑coloured areas – needs analysis, job profile creation, candidate search, applicant management and onboarding.
• Organising and following up occupational rehabilitation (BEM) meetings.
• Creating reports and analyses.
• Implementing HR projects.
• Handling administrative HR topics – actions in Workday, purchase requisitions, appointment coordination, etc.
• Providing independent support for a defined group of employees.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or related bachelor’s degree (preferably business administration or HR management).
• Initial HR experience, ideally 1–2 years.
• Solid knowledge of SAP HR and Workday.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, confident time management.
• Committed, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in secretarial management is desirable.
• Independent, structured and reliable work style.
• Fluent German (spoken and written).
