The Region HQ represents the Hitachi Group in EMEA, leading the unified regional strategy and driving One‑Hitachi growth. The Region is a growth engine for Hitachi in EMEA, expanding across Countries, Accounts and Adjacencies, and bringing a ‘One‑Hitachi’ message to existing and new customers. We also drive Regional Talent Mobility; Branding & Events – positioning Hitachi as a Regional Champion in Digital and Green Transformation; Leading on Government and EU relations and EMEA Risk Assessment. We operate out of a Regional EMEA office, shared with our Hitachi Digital colleagues, based west of London, near Slough, England. We employ over 400 people to deliver services and solutions to customers in these key business areas.
The RHQ is also responsible for managing and partnering with a Shared Services Group that provides the Company's business units with a range of innovative and effective common services that deliver value, create ‘lean’ processes and support growth and development – including HR, IT, Finance & Accounting, Corporate Communications & Sustainability, and Business Development.

The HR Project & Transformation Lead will partner across the HR functions and Business Groups to deliver value-added services to management and employees.
Reporting into the CHRO – Hitachi EMEA RHQ, the responsibilities will include;
We’re looking for a team player who is motivated by finding solutions and enjoys working collaboratively with peers and stakeholders. You should be excited by the opportunity to lead and drive One Hitachi collaboration across the Region and to expand your network within and across Groups in Hitachi EMEA.
You are an influential and energetic individual and have experience in leading and driving projects. You manage stakeholders with a pragmatic and collaborative approach. This role will be to align employee engagement with business drivers, delivering innovative and high‑quality support aligned to both the Hitachi Global HR and Regional Business strategies.
This role can offer a mixture of remote working, either in our Regional HQ, or other Hitachi office locations.
