On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Recruiting (m-f-d) atour Bonn location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting: job posting, screening, interviewing,candidate management
• Cooperation with hiring managers to define requirements andprofiles
• Active sourcing and use of digital recruiting platforms
• Employer branding support and recruitment event planning
• Maintenance of applicant tracking systems and KPIs reporting

Your Profile:

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or similar field
• First experience in recruiting, ideally in an international context
• Confident use of LinkedIn, XING, or other sourcing tools
• Fluent in English, good German skills beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and a structured working style
