Your Role
As HR Specialist Eastern Europe, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reliable and flexible workforce to support short‑ and mid‑term quality projects across the region.
You will work closely with operations, project managers, and local partners, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time often under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar inspectors and key white‑collar roles (e.g. team leaders, coordinators, engineers)
- Fast and flexible hiring for short‑term projects (16 months)
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pool across Eastern Europe
- Cooperation with agencies, subcontractors, and local partners
- Coordination of onboarding processes and on‑the‑job training
- Support of different employment models (employees, contractors, temporary staff)
- Close collaboration with payroll, HR administration, and local entities
- Supporting motivation, engagement, and retention of field teams
- Handling daily HR topics (availability, rotation, feedback)
- Advising and supporting team leaders in people‑related matters
- Close cooperation with operations and project management
- Rapid response to urgent staffing needs and last‑minute changes
- Support in conflict resolution and escalations
- Continuous improvement of recruitment processes, HR standards, and employer branding initiatives
Your Profile
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or workforce coordination in Eastern Europe
- Background in blue‑collar recruitment is essential
- Experience in industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or service environments is a strong advantage
- Hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Level of flexibility and ownership
- English fluent (mandatory), any of the following are an advantage: Hungarian, Slovak, German
- Willingness to travel across Eastern Europe when needed
