• Payroll Coordination und Execution
• Contact for the external payroll service provider
• Communication and interface Management employee Support in German und English
•  Reporting & Financial Support
• Provide deputization support for the creation of HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc Reports)

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably in a German corporate environment
• Deep knowledge of German payroll law and practical experience with collective agreements
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a detail-oriented working style
• Proficiency in standard HR/Payroll software (e.g., DATEV) is a plus

• Project Duration: 6 months, project-based, full-time
• Hybrid- 40%Remote, 60% On-Site
