Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with the HR team and hiring managers
• Develop attraction and recruitment strategies with the Head of HR
• Lead employment branding initiatives such as social media campaigns and events
• Manage open positions from intake to offer negotiation and closing
• Represent Veact as an employer of choice to candidates
• Organise and attend career fairs and similar events
• Utilise metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement

Who you are and what you bring:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
• Familiarity with modern ATSs and LinkedIn
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates across various functions and industries
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Passion for automotive and big data
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and openness to new approaches
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
