Your mission is to ensure that our operations in Stachovice are not only fully compliant with all regulations but also set the benchmark for operational safety and sustainability within the Brenntag network.You will:* Ensure compliance with all legal, corporate, and site safety standards.* Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard analyses – ensuring timely closure of action plans.* Manage the Permit to Work and Contractor Safety Systems, ensuring safe operations for employees and external partners.* Develop and maintain HSE and Process Knowledge databases and training materials.* Lead incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.* Support site change management processes and evaluate safety aspects of new projects and investments.* Participate in creating and testing Site Emergency Response Plans.* Promote a proactive safety mindset through visible leadership and day-to-day engagement on site.** What You Bring*** A technical degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical or Process Engineering, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in HSE or PSM within a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar industry preferred).* Solid understanding of occupational safety, environmental protection, and process safety principles.* Knowledge of GMP standards and experience with facility safety systems is a plus.* Familiarity with management systems such as ISO 45001 or ISO 14001.* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills – you can connect the dots between operations and safety performance.* Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.* Fluent **Czech** and good **English communication skills** (spoken and written).* Confident with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).* A proactive, structured, and responsible working style – with the courage to stop unsafe work and lead by example.******Why Join Brenntag**At Brenntag, **Safety First** is more than a slogan – it’s our promise.
