What You’ll Be Doing:

In this key role as a Workday Time & Absence Specialist, you will take ownership of managing and coordinating international Workday rollouts with a strong focus on the Time & Absence modules.

Post-implementation, you will serve as a solution ambassador, driving further development and enhancements in alignment with global HR strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading technical analysis of business requirements and prioritizing configuration tasks within the Workday platform.
• Acting as the main point of contact for interface-related topics, collaborating closely with integration teams.
• Owning the configuration and maintenance of Workday Time & Absence, including release planning, testing, and the rollout of new features.
• Working with HR and transformation teams to develop and deliver training materials and run digital enablement sessions (e.g., webinars).
• Ensuring global standardization and process consistency across business units to support a scalable Workday environment.

What You Bring to the Role:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday, particularly in Time Tracking and Absence Management, ideally across global environments.
• A strong understanding of business process design, with the ability to translate functional needs into effective technical solutions.
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and an enthusiasm for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
