Human Resources Officer
- HR Business Partnership and independent responsibility of a dedicated employee area in Germany, advising managers on all personnel law issues
- Support of employees throughout the entire employee life cycle, especially support, from onboarding to departure
- Organization and implementation of employee events and incentive events
- Execution of all critical HR processes in compliance with local guidelines and company guidelines
- Close cooperation with various authorities and external service providers, as well as with internal departments in various areas (compensation, payroll, compliance, recruiting)
- Trusting cooperation with the works council
- Implementation of various HR projects and initiatives on a conceptual and operational level in Germany and Europe
- Continuous optimization and further development of standard HR processes, policies and HR systems in cooperation with management and leadership

Requirements
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, pedagogy or communication sciences
- Initial experience in the field of human resources and employee support would be an advantage
- You have a talent for working with diverse international teams across borders
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented manner in an agile environment, prioritizing tasks and taking into account employee requirements
- Absolutely confident handling of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- High analytical skills as well as experience in analyzing diverse data precisely and in a result-oriented manner
- Professionalism and absolute discretion
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in multinational corporations would be an advantage
