Start date: | Location: Hybrid (Berlin-Neukölln & Remote) | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h | Working hours: Mon - Sat between 08:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Salary : 2.639,33 - 2.839,33 €/month (Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/month at 40h/week + Language Bonus 200 €/month + performance bonus up to 200 €/month + home office allowance 30 €/month)

New Tasks
- Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Norwegian-speaking customers by telephone and e‑mail
- Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
- Review of the submitted claims for damages
Qualifications
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2-level) and English (B2-level)
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
- Empathetic and socially competent personality
