Job Description
Design and implement Azure Active Directory solutions focused on identity governance, authentication, and secure access management. Manage conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, and privileged identity management aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cybersecurity and business teams to develop robust identity frameworks supporting cloud and hybrid ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage Azure AD identity and access management infrastructure.
• Implement conditional access policies, password protection, and multi-factor authentication.
• Manage roles and permissions following least privilege and role-based access control principles.
• Conduct identity risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Develop automation scripts for identity lifecycle management.
• Provide user training and promote identity best practices.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with GDPR/DSGVO and related regulations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft identity stack.
• Experience with security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for identity management.
• Understanding of compliance and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
