IFRS Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

## **About the Role**As a key member of our Financial Accounting team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring IFRS compliance across our international operations. You’ll also be a core contributor to the implementation of our new ERP system, Workday—bringing your accounting expertise into a transformative digital project.This position can be filled both **full-time** and **part-time.**## **What you will do**Financial Accounting & Reporting:• Supporting the Financial Accounting team in the correct booking of IFRS special topics (e.g. project accounting/percentage of completion)• Contact person in Financial Accounting for IFRS topics, as well as for the international environmentIntroduction of ERP-System Workday:• Collaboration in the implementation and introduction of the new ERP-system Workday in Germany and abroad with a focus on IFRS• Collaboration with IT experts and the Financial Accounting department to ensure smooth system integration• Support with data migrations and training of employeesProcess Optimization:• Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing financial processes in Germany and abroad• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal accounting requirements## **What you’ll need to succeed*** Degree in Business Administration, International Accounting, or equivalent qualification.* Several years of experience in Financial Accounting, ideally in a global setting.* Deep knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience applying standards.* Familiarity with ERP systems—Workday experience is a plus.* Strong interest in IT-driven projects and process improvement.* Excellent English skills; German is a plus.* A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.## **What’s in it for you**Being part of a highly motivated ever-growing and multicultural team that drives forward the energy revolution* Innovative and fast-changing market and working environment* Mobile working* Flexible working hours* Modern office atmosphere* Company restaurant / Barista bar* Discounted Conditions Fitness* Discounted Online ShoppingBenefits can vary depending on the location and are not legally binding.**À propos de BayWa r.e.**BayWa r.e. accueille tous les acteurs du changement.
