About The Role

What You Will Do

Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Supporting the Financial Accounting team in the correct booking of IFRS special topics (e.g. project accounting/percentage of completion)
- Contact person in Financial Accounting for IFRS topics, as well as for the international environment
Introduction Of ERP-System Workday:
- Collaboration in the implementation and introduction of the new ERP-system Workday in Germany and abroad with a focus on IFRS
- Collaboration with IT experts and the Financial Accounting department to ensure smooth system integration
- Support with data migrations and training of employees
Process Optimization:
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing financial processes in Germany and abroad
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal accounting requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Degree in Business Administration, International Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in Financial Accounting, ideally in a global setting.
Deep knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience applying standards.
Familiarity with ERP systems—Workday experience is a plus.
Strong interest in IT-driven projects and process improvement.
Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.
